1. Scope
These terms apply to Exterix quotes and works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote becomes binding after written acceptance. Scope, price, timing and treatments are listed in the proposal.
3. Execution
The client provides safe access to the work area. Unexpected defects or risks are discussed before additional work.
4. Payment and handover
Payment follows the term on the invoice. Any comments should be reported as soon as possible after handover.
